Welcoming all types and models of Land Rover,
Landy Rally™
is like no other event ever seen before - it is truly unique! A 2,500 mile
/ 4,000km road run encompassing 10 countries in 7 days, this
non-speed event comprising
a maximum of 100 teams is part competition, part off-road drive and part club-type social. Add to this mix, the opportunity of raising a substantial amount of revenue for charities and good causes, it quickly becomes apparent this is an event worthy of support.
The event is open to all the family with no minimum or maximum age limits. Overnight stops will be a choice of either campsites or hotels, with a 'get together' party at the temporary rally HQ every night!
Together with the road run itself, the
Landy Rally™
itinerary includes ... a road run through Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria and Italy, gentle off-road driving on normally
closed pistes at Val d'Isére in the French Alps, visiting the tax-free haven of Andorra (i.e. 1 litre of vodka @ £1.80), a fair amount of remote tracks to tackle in the Spanish and French Pyrénées (the equivalent of our 'greenlaning') and a prestigious prize-giving dinner to look forward to back at Calais. Plus, a host of novel daily tasks to be completed en route in order to gain points for the competitive side of the event.
Make no mistake; despite the
fact it's a full-bloodied competition and not merely a leisurely tour of Europe,
the non-damaging aspect (i.e ‘non-extreme’ off-roading) of the Charity Drive
still allows participants
to have darn good fun without wrecking their vehicles.
It is quite simply an event that any true Land Rover enthusiast would love to be
involved in.
Drawing on over 20 years experience of organising, officiating and competing in major 4x4 events around the globe – National 4x4 Show, Rainforest Challenge of Malaysia, Guinness World Records™ “Largest Parade of Land Rovers”, Euro Truck Trial UK Round, Scrubs-Sahara Breakout launching the charitable group D.O.R.A. (Disabled Off Road Access), Paris-Dakar Rally etc., it is guaranteed Landy Rally™ will be well over-subscribed, thus registration is advisable as soon as possible.

Featuring all makes of 4x4 SUV vehicle whether European, Jap or Jeep, entrants in Bofa 4x4 Rally
are in essence competing for exactly the same trophies/prize money as their Land Rover counterparts
in Landy Rally as they will follow exactly the same itinerary running off an identical Road Book.
Raising funds for MacMillian cancer charities, "Team Bofa 4x4" will comprise both of Jap 'n' Jeep
all-marque 4x4's and Land Rovers that have competed in previous Mac 4x4 Challenges. However, entry
of all "non-Land Rovers" (Jap/Jeep/Euro 4x4.s) has to be under the all-marques banner of Bofa 4x4 Rally.
In doing so participants will automatically be raising awareness and funds for MacMillian cancer

Regardless of whether a 4x4 SUV vehicle is of Japanese/American/Asian/European manufacture,
then via Bofa 4x4 Rally it is eligible.
